Judy

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Judy is an experienced remedial massage therapist who practises from Lifetime Chiro, working alongside our team to support the health and wellbeing of our community. With more than ten years of experience, she is passionate about helping people reduce tension, restore balance, and find the calm within.

Judy offers a range of treatments tailored to your individual needs, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, hot and cold stone therapy, cupping, Reiki, and flower essence therapy. Whether you’re looking to relieve muscle tension, recover from physical stress, or simply take some time to recharge, Judy provides personalised care in a calm and welcoming environment.

Outside of the clinic, Judy enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring nature on bushwalks, and heading to live music gigs whenever she gets the chance.
Judy believes that taking time to care for yourself is an important part of overall health and wellbeing, and she looks forward to helping you feel your very best.

Dr. Samantha Walker

Hi, I’m Dr Samantha Walker. For more than 11 years I’ve helped mums, babies and children improve their health by looking beyond symptoms and uncovering the root cause. My special interests are pregnancy, children’s health and development, and neurodevelopment.

I hold the 10-month SOT Paediatric Certificate and have completed additional training in tongue tie assessment and infant feeding support. Outside the practice you’ll find me travelling, scuba diving, watching AFL, or exploring nature with my dog Franco and my partner, Jordenne.

Dr. Jordenne Troy

Hi, I’m Dr Jordenne Troy. For over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life move better, feel better, and perform at their best. I particularly enjoy working with active individuals, sporty teenagers, busy families, tradies, police officers, retirees, and people navigating persistent pain.

Over the years I’ve completed extensive postgraduate training including over a decade as an SOT-certified chiropractor, advanced biomechanics and postural correction, NET certification, and Kinesio Taping. Outside the practice you’ll find me at CrossFit, travelling, scuba diving, and spending time with my partner Sam and our dog Franco.

Sheryl has been a cherished part of the Lifetime Chiro family for more than 15 years. Having first joined the practice as a massage therapist before transitioning into her role as a Chiropractic Assistant, she brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and genuine care to every interaction.

Over the years, Sheryl has built lasting relationships with countless practice members and families, making her a familiar and trusted face within the practice. Her warm nature, compassionate approach, and deep understanding of the Lifetime Chiro community help people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of the practice, Sheryl enjoys spending time in her garden, taking peaceful walks along the river, and exploring her interest in astrology. She values connection, personal growth, and finding balance in everyday life.

For many practice members, seeing Sheryl is like catching up with an old friend. Her longstanding commitment to the practice and the people we serve has made her an integral part of what makes Lifetime Chiro feel like home.

Fiona

CHIROPRATIC ASSISTANT

Fiona is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet at Lifetime Chiro and has been an integral part of our team for over six years. As a Chiropractic Assistant, she loves building genuine connections with our practice members and helping create a welcoming, supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door.

As a mum of two adult daughters, Fiona understands the many stages of family life and enjoys supporting women and families on their health journeys. Outside the practice, you’ll find her enjoying Pilates, cycling, travelling to new destinations, and unwinding with a cheeky sauna session.

Known for her quick wit and great sense of humour, Fiona has a special knack for making people feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Patients love sharing a laugh with her, and her warm, friendly nature helps make every visit to Lifetime Chiro a positive experience.

Reese

CHIROPRATIC ASSISTANT

Reese joined the Lifetime Chiro team in February and brings a unique global perspective to the practice. Born in South Africa, raised in Finland, and now calling Brisbane home, she loves connecting with people from all walks of life and learning about their stories and experiences.

Currently studying psychology, Reese has a genuine interest in understanding people and helping them feel seen, heard, and supported. Her caring nature and calm presence help create a positive experience for practice members and their families.

Outside of Lifetime Chiro, Reese enjoys staying active through sport, exploring new places through travel, and spending time with dogs whenever she can. Samika

CHIROPRATIC ASSISTANT

Samika joined the Lifetime Chiro team in February and brings a passion for health, learning, and helping others to every interaction. As a Chiropractic Assistant and chiropractic student, she is excited to be building her knowledge and experience while supporting practice members on their journey to better health.

Outside the practice, Samika loves travelling, exploring different cultures, and discovering new cuisines from around the world. She is naturally curious and enjoys learning about the people and places that make each experience unique. She’s also a devoted dog lover and is always happy to chat about four-legged family members.

Amelia

CHIROPRATIC ASSISTANT

Amelia is one of our Chiropractic Assistants and is currently in the final stages of her chiropractic studies, before becoming a chiropractor. She is passionate about helping people feel welcomed, supported, and at ease throughout their experience at Lifetime Chiro.

A self-confessed plant enthusiast, music lover, and caffeine addict, Amelia brings plenty of energy and personality to the practice. Whether she’s caring for her growing collection of plants, discovering new music, or enjoying a well-earned coffee, she loves the simple things that keep life balanced and enjoyable.

Known for her confidence, quick wit, and playful sense of humour, she has a unique ability to make practice members feel right at home. Kate

CHIROPRATIC ASSISTANT

Kate has been part of the Lifetime Chiro family for more than 10 years, working with the practice on and off while bringing a wealth of life experience, compassion, and care to her role as a Chiropractic Assistant. As a retired nurse, she has spent much of her life supporting others and continues to enjoy helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and welcomed.

A proud mum of three and grandma to two beautiful grandchildren, Kate loves spending quality time with family and friends. When she’s not at the practice, you’ll often find her tending to her garden, enjoying a visit to her favourite bakery, or making memories with her grandchildren.
